hiya, i'm nid.i moved to seattle from the UK in march 2026. i spend most of my time cooking, thinking about food, or adding to my ever-expanding list of restaurants i want to eat at. now i'm looking for some new friends who crave delicious food, new friendships and joy!lazzat means to savour, to relish, to enjoy – in urdu, turkish and arabic. it's a food word, but i think it goes beyond that. my ummi raised me with melmastia – the pashtun belief that a guest is always welcome, fed and made to feel at home. that's what i want lazzat to be.if you're new to the city too, or just looking for a flavourful meal and new friends, i'd love to have you over for dinner.UPDATE ON THE 4TH OF JULY EVENT: i am so sorry if you were looking to sign up for the 4th of july supper club. i'm no longer accepting any more sign-ups as i've ended up with way more demand than i anticipated! please scroll down to find out about future events. i hope to see you soon!
